1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by Approach Docs (Approach Doctors) at approachdocs.com, our software consulting engagements, and our open-source or proprietary proof-of-concept software applications, including AutoDNS.
2. Consulting Engagements
Consulting services, architecture audits, and custom software development agreements are governed by individual Statement of Work (SOW) documents executed between Approach Docs and the client organization. Intellectual property ownership and licensing terms are specified in the applicable project agreement.
3. Proof-of-Concept Applications & Software
Proof-of-concept software (including AutoDNS) is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we adhere to rigorous architectural and security standards, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Approach Docs, its founders, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of our software or services.
